1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between the 2u4n platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user"). These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

1.1 Applicable Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

When opening an account on 2u4n, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being closed and your balance being forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person ("duplicate accounts") are detected, 2u4n reserves the right to close them and cancel any associated bonuses.

3.3 Password & Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, 2u4n may conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to submit required documents in a timely manner may result in withdrawal delays.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2u4n supports popular and trusted payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Additional time may be required if account verification has not been completed.

4.4 Source of Funds

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

2u4n offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 (= ৳1,000 × 25) in wagers before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• If a promotional code is used, it must be applied correctly at the time of deposit; it cannot be added afterwards.
• Only one bonus will be granted per household, per device, or per IP address.
• If a user is suspected of abusing bonuses ("bonus arbitrage"), 2u4n reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined with each other unless explicitly stated.

5.4 VIP Program

2u4n's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes are determined based on gaming activity. 2u4n reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fairness Policy

All games on the 2u4n platform are operated fairly and transparently. We are committed to SSL encryption and ensuring fair play. There is no human intervention in determining game outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to manipulate games using software.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

2u4n may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or age.
• Using the account for illegal activities.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bonus wagering requirements that have not been met at the time of closure will be considered void. Valid balances will be returned subject to applicable terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between 2u4n and a user, resolution will first be attempted through direct discussion. The process for submitting a complaint is as follows:

• After receiving the complaint, we will review it.
• If direct resolution is not possible, the matter will proceed to mediation.

2u4n's decision will be considered final and binding, unless a legally proven error exists.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2u4n platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the intellectual property of 2u4n or relevant third parties. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without written permission is prohibited.

Game software and content are owned by game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) and are subject to their own licensing terms.
